The izon camera line is available online via izoncam.com, our official Amazon Storefront, and Apple Stores and Apple Premium Resellers designated by Apple. Items not directly purchased from izoncam.com should be returned to the location of original purchase for refund or replacement.
A full refund may be requested for 30 days following the date of purchase. To return your item, contact Customer Support at (800) 704-7186 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer Support will help you diagnose the issue (if any) and provide instructions for returning your item. Return shipments shall be at the customer’s expense and must be returned in the original packaging with proof of original purchase. Products returned after the 30 day return period may be replaced with new or refurbished product at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
